FREE SHIPPING

We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping on all USA orders from all our warehouses by USPS DHL, FEDEX or UPS. We also offer worldwide shipping by epacket or EMS from multiple regional warehouses and from China. 

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to at this time.

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

SHIPPING TIME

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Shipping timeframes are only estimates and exclude holidays, weekends. Please note that once the package has been handed over to the shipping courier, there may be circumstances out of our control leading to package delivery delays. Once an order is shipped, we are unable to expedite it or make any changes.*This doesn’t include our 2-5 day processing time. Due to high demand of some of our most popular products, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days of the date of the date of original purchase, please contact us as you are entitled to a full refund on your purchase.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. We also have a link to our Track Order page in our footer menu. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Alpha Pups is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we'll try our best to help you recover and track down your packages. In cases where your package was not delivered because of an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply to reship your package. If your package is has still not been received, please contact us.
